●All shows will have 1F Standing and 2F Reserved Seats.

●Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the case of event cancellation or postponement.

●For domestic shows, photography and video recording using smartphones/tablets are allowed only in 2F Reserved Seats. However, commercial or profit-making use, including monetization on video sharing sites or various social media platforms, is strictly prohibited.

[Prohibited Items] The use of DSLR cameras, video cameras, tablets with a side longer than 25 cm, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and any other equipment that may disturb other attendees is prohibited.
Additionally, if you are instructed by staff at the venue, please follow their directions.

●Please refrain from live streaming the performance or using video calls or any other audio-visual communications to allow third parties to watch. If discovered, your equipment will be confiscated, the data will be erased, and you will be asked to leave the venue.

●Flash photography is prohibited. Additionally, please refrain from holding your smartphone/tablet high or extending beyond your seat to take photos, as such actions may obstruct the view of other attendees and cause disruption.

●Please do not reserve space in the 1F standing area by leaving your belongings unattended (e.g., leaving your belongings while you go to the restroom) or by securing space for your companions or friends in advance.

●Please take care of your valuables. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or theft of your belongings.

●Cloakroom and coin lockers are available for a fee. Please do not bring large bags or umbrellas into 1F standing area.

●The use of noise-making items, light-up items, message boards, and similar items is prohibited.

●After the show, there may be a regulated exit to alleviate congestion.

●Customers attending with a wheelchair must contact the organizer by 3 business days before the event date during business hours.
Please note that the accessible seating area is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate requests.
We kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible.
The accessible seating area at Zepp Fukuoka is located on the 2nd floor, while at other venues it will be on the 1st floor. Please note that if you are seated, the stage may be difficult to see.
Even if you purchase a 2F ticket, you will not be eligible for the photography benefit if you are viewing from the 1F. Similarly, if you have a 1F ticket and are viewing from the 2F accessible seating area, photography will not be allowed.
If you wish to use the accessible seating area, you will be required to present a disability certificate or a medical certificate proving that you are currently undergoing treatment.

●For gifts or fan letters to the artist, please use the gift box located near the entrance.

●There may be footage or photos taken inside the venue that will be made public.

If the above guidelines are not followed, or if any disruptive behavior occurs, the event may be interrupted.
Additionally, entry may be denied, or if you have already entered, you may be asked to leave.
